Your subscription can easily be cancelled at any time from your online account. Which is accessible from the Setup button on the PostTrans toolbar. Pressing View Your Account and click Cancel link, will cancel the next subscription. You can re-enable this using the same options at any time.

Yes, simply go to the PostTrans program group, in the Windows Start menu, and select Enable or Disable PostTrans in Excel
Firstly, if just installed The install must be run under the User Windows Account, NOT admin user. If the install was run as admin user PostTrans will be installed for Admin user and not the actual user, and thus not visible within Excel. PostTrans should not need Admin rights to install

Step 1) Close Excel. Press the Windows key and find the program group ‘PostTrans for Sage xx’ (where xx is 50,200 or xero) and then select ‘Enabled addin in Excel’. Alternatively, search for ‘Enabled addin in Excel’ using windows search. Then press OK. Open Excel. Is ‘PostTrans 50’ menu visible?
Step 2) In Excel, select ‘File >> Options’ menu. This should display a ‘Excel Option’ window. Select ‘Add-ins’ on the left-hand side.
If PostTrans is shown as disabled At the bottom ‘Manage’ selector, select ‘Disabled’. Press Go Enable using window.
If PostTrans is not shown in list Reinstall PostTrans, making sure the install is not run as admin

PostTrans program will work with various different versions of Sage 50. If multiple versions are installed on your machine, it will be default use the latest version of Sage 50. You can force it to use an older version, for testing or demonstration purposes by setting the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\PostTran50\Settings Add a DWORD key called “forceVersionNo” and set to 21, or whatever version needed. PostTrans was written for version 21 ad 22, it will work with V17 onward if new fields (added in the newer versions) are omitted from the template design. PostTrans will attempt to connect to any version from V17
Excel - PostTrans for Sage 50 will work with any version of Excel, including 32 bit or 64 bit version, since Excel 2000.
